Topping Up Credit and Auto Top-Up

Topping up
Open Billing in your dashboard and choose your top-up amount — you decide how much to load. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles cards and local payment methods securely; SendFax.me never sees your card details.
The billing page shows exactly what your balance buys: for example, $5 is 50 pages to the US or 33 pages to Germany.
Auto top-up
If you fax regularly, enable auto top-up in Billing:
- Set a threshold (default $2) and a top-up amount (default $10).
- When your balance drops below the threshold, the top-up runs automatically against your saved payment method.
- Every automatic charge appears in your transaction history, and you can switch it off anytime.
This guarantees a scheduled or urgent fax never fails for lack of credit.
Transaction history
Every movement — top-ups, per-fax charges, refunds for failed faxes, number rentals — is listed in Billing with a running balance, so the math is always visible.
