All purchases on SendFax.me are final and non-refundable. This applies to credit top-ups, fax page charges, and monthly fax-number rentals.
Credit top-ups
Credit purchases cannot be refunded to your card or bank. Your credit never expires and remains available on your account for future faxes and number rentals.
Failed faxes — automatic credit-back
If a fax fails to deliver, we automatically return the full page charge to your credit balance — instantly and without asking. This is a balance credit, not a payment refund. You are never charged for a fax that did not go through.
Fax number rentals
Monthly number fees are charged from your balance in advance and are non-refundable, including for unused or partial months. You can let a number lapse at any time by not renewing.
Questions or issues
If something went wrong with a charge, contact info@sendfax.me and we'll investigate — billing mistakes on our side are always corrected with balance credit.
