SendFax.me Pricing: Pay Per Page, No Subscription

Updated July 24, 2026

SendFax.me has one pricing model: you pay per page sent, from prepaid credit. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, and credit never expires.

The model

  1. Top up your balance with the amount you choose.
  2. Each fax costs its page count × the destination's per-page rate.
  3. That's it. The only optional recurring cost is a dedicated fax number for receiving ($3.99/month).

Per-page rates (highlights)

  • $0.10 — United States, Canada
  • $0.15 — UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and most of Western Europe
  • $0.18 — Israel, Australia, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong
  • $0.20-0.30 — Japan, Korea, India, Mexico, China, Brazil, UAE, South Africa
  • Everywhere else: from $0.15 up to $0.45 — 150+ countries total

The exact rate always shows before you send, and the full table is on the homepage.

Built-in protections

  • Your first fax is free (up to 5 pages) — try everything before paying a cent.
  • Failed faxes are refunded to your balance automatically. You only pay for delivered pages.
  • Every paid fax transmits in HD quality at no extra charge.

Why not a subscription?

Most people fax a few times a year. A $10 top-up at US rates is 100 pages — for occasional faxing, that can last years, while a typical fax subscription would have cost $180+ over the same period.
