1. Create an account
Go to sendfax.me/signup and sign up with Google or your email address. There is no subscription and nothing to install.
2. Start a new fax
From your dashboard, click New fax. You can either:
- Upload a document — PDF, or common image formats. Multi-page PDFs are supported.
- Write one in the browser — use the built-in editor to type your fax from scratch, no document needed.
3. Enter the destination number
Type the recipient's fax number including the country code (for example +1 for the US and Canada). SendFax.me delivers to 150+ countries. You'll see the exact per-page price for that country before anything is charged.
4. Review and send
You'll see a live preview, the page count, and the total cost. For your first fax the cost shows $0.00. Optional extras before sending:
- Add a cover page with a message for the recipient
- Fill & sign — draw your signature and place it on the document
- Schedule the fax for a later time
Hit send. You can watch delivery progress in real time, and you'll get an email confirmation with a transmission report once it's delivered.
What counts as the free fax?
